This is a staircase into a shallow basement found in an Oceanside home off Waukena, and these can collapse with my weight, or someone else's. Pretty easy to spot, and not that hard to fix, but a handrail should be added. This is another reason to hire a licensed contractor for repairs, as m,any homeowners will probably not fix it properly.
