Home Inspection Levittown: How close is too close?

Home Inspection Levittown: So you don’t need to have new construction inspected huh?

This is a trap vent for the plumbing system in a new home, and the trap vent is too close to the window. The smell of sewer gases is toxic, and if you have the window open, you may catch a whiff of some foul odors.

Ten feet minimum is required, so the repair for this is going to be a challenge. Someone goofed.

So don’t be ridiculous, call Meticulous! Especially when you inspect a home in Levittown.
