Home Inspection Ridge: Copper pipe should be replaced with steel pipe
Home Inspection Ridge: Oil tank piping should be composed of steel threaded pipe with joint compound at the threads (not teflon tape). Copper piping has been soldered at the joints and if a fire were to occur it could unsolder the connections exposing the oil to flame.
So don’t be ridiculous, call Meticulous!
