Home Inspection Garden City: An  infant could fall between these balusters

Home Inspection Garden City: Too much space between balusters is a safety hazard for infants.

If a baby made its way to this balcony, it would be so easy for that child to fall between these balusters that and about 6 inches on center which is way too much space.

In modern construction, no more than 4 inches should exist between any two balusters.

We find this at Garden City home inspections, and inspections across all of Long Island and the five boroughs of NYC, and we are available 7 days a week
