Bensonhurst Home Inspection Services

The two most important words in home inspection: Construction Background!

Looking for an experienced home inspector in Brooklyn with hands-on background in the trades for your Bensonhurst home inspection?

You've found him.

With 15 years in the construction field, and 18 years in the inspection industry you could not find a more qualified inspector, but most people when interviewing a home inspector on the phone do NOT ask the right questions.

What would be the most important reason you would choose one inspector over another when interviewing a home inspector on the phone?

Price? (Most inspectors charge between $400-600 for single family homes.)

Proximity? (Does it really matter where the inspector is based?)

Free termite inspection? (There is no such thing as a 'free' termite inspection!)

HANDS-ON BACKGROUND in construction is the cornerstone of Meticulous Home Inspection Corp., and there is no single attribute you could want more than a home inspector who has installed roofing/siding, windows/doors, kitchens/bathrooms, staircases and railings, re-wired and re-plumbed homes, and has performed foundation repairs including installing footings under foundations that have none.

Meticulous Home Inspection Corp. has been in business since 2005 and is a full service home and building inspection company.

We perform not only home inspections, we do condo, co-op and townhouse inspections, as well as perform commercial property inspections.

A little about Bensonhurst

Bensonhurst is a residential neighborhood in the southwestern section of the New York City borough of Brooklyn. The neighborhood is bordered on the northwest by 14th Avenue, on the northeast by 60th Street, on the southeast by Avenue P and 22nd Avenue (Bay Parkway) and on the southwest by 86th Street.

It is adjacent to the neighborhoods of Dyker Heights to the northwest, Borough Park and Mapleton to the northeast, Bath Beach to the southwest, and Gravesend to the southeast.

Bensonhurst contains several major ethnic enclaves. Traditionally, it is known as a Little Italy of Brooklyn due to its large Italian-American population. Bensonhurst also has the largest population of residents born in China and Hong Kong of any neighborhood in New York City and is now home to Brooklyn's second Chinatown.

The neighborhood accounts for 9.5% of the 330,000 Chinese-born residents of the city, based on data from 2007 to 2011.
